We are two sisters who are students and whose experiences of Uni life are very different than the average students, in other words, we have a somewhat non-existent social life. It's definitely a challenge trying to balance work/placements/uni and still be sane by the end of it but it is doable so long as you have other interests to keep you busy. This blog is a mixture of all things beauty, books, baking and art related because its great to have a variety.
Aiysha: I started baking and decorating cakes when I was 12 and have loved it ever since. I'm not a professional by any means but I love art and anything associated with it. I am a self-taught henna and nail artist and dabble in sewing, floristry, candle making, and handy DIYs so you will be seeing plenty of them too.
Zahra: My beauty obsession started when, growing up, I struggled with finding products that agreed with my extremely sensitive and dry skin. I am roughly NC40 in skin tone (if we're going by MAC shades) and so the search for makeup that not only showed up on my Indian skin but also enhanced it, began in my teenage years. When I find a product I love I make sure the world knows it.
